Condense the navigation to fewer buttons. The buttons that are there are all decent descriptors but having so many make it difficult to know where to click or go.
Make the navigation smaller/thinner and more stable. You can make it smaller with a logo so it does not take up ¼ of the screen and make it to where it is fixed on the top not fade away as you scroll down.
Get rid of the technical jargon. The site is incredibly hard to use because average users don’t understand what they are looking at based on the vocab. It is incredibly hard to navigate the site when you don’t understand the specifics for the company.
Condense the information or aspects on the page. A lot of the pages make a user scroll multiple times to get all the information they need which means that are required to read the pages
Move the FAQ up to the top of the learning center or make its own page on the site. Having a FAQ is great but it being at the bottom of the page throws users off especially since it is something that is supposed to be looked at frequently.
Make the important information stand out in some way or work to group things out better. Certain aspects of the site seemed to be grouped by who would use them and they were not all in one place or under one tab but rather under a bunch of tabs and hard to find or recognize that they were similar aspects.
